Hi thusday,
According to his book , it goes to the "whole " picture of if something is out of alignment up or down the chain of the the body it reacts as a whole and problems can show upstream or downstream.

Seems to me it kind of ties in with Sharon Butler's fascia theory of how tightness may start in one place and spread throughout the body if not addressed and dealt with in a timely manner & properly.

The E cises probably won't "cure" anyone with TOS, but might make a few of us feel better.

There's one or 2 that I wouldn't even try though just because of the arm/angles & pressure
