For a while now (18 months probably) my heart rate has been elevated it seems like all the time. It is usually between 90 and 125bpm when the doc/nurse reads it.
I know that going to the doctor can make you nervous, and that pain can increase your heart rate, but I wouldn't think that it would be a constant thing, right? has anyone else noticed this or have any ideas?
