Default Doctors list from old forum

Mark expressed interest about finding the old doctors list from the old forum in the Today I thread.
{added by Jo55- the cached files in the links below are not available anymore- we do have them copied and saved on our Drs list sticky thread}
So far I found this...
Page 1 -
http://64.233.161.104/search?q=cache...s&ct=clnk&cd=7
Page 2 -
http://64.233.161.104/search?q=cache...s&ct=clnk&cd=5
page 4 -
http://64.233.161.104/search?q=cache...s&ct=clnk&cd=6
I can't find page 3 or page 5 on google cache, but most of the doctors seem to be listed in pages 1 and 2.

My suggestion is for someone to copy the list, because google cache doesn't keep pages forever, so before google deletes the cached page, someone (or several someones) might want to copy the list onto their hard drive and/or CD disk so that it won't ever get lost.
