Default Hello everyone

Hello,
I have not been on this site for sometime now have not felt up to it but should make a effort I guess it will be one of my New Year wishes to be more active here. I am fighting for my SSDI still going on 4 years so now heading to Federal Court all my docs cannot understand why the government has denied me as well as my lawyers so on ward and froward to the nest step. Also going on 4 years with WC/IC crap same my docs want this done and over with as they do not want stress in my life anymore I'm on my 3rd sleeping pill I hope this one is the answer to help me sleep as I still get 3-4 hours of sleep,4 is a good night though.
My pain is still high and (Oh I almost forgot) I have a Pain Management doc who says he will be mine for a very long time and all they can do is to keep manging my pain to let me be a little mobile as there is nothing that will help me,cannot do the SCS as all the docs agree as it may cause CRPS to move as it already has moved to my other chest. Also my neck C-5 through C-7 is messed up so the SCS will not be a good choice for me
I have been off and on here and have read some I see that there are allot of new folks I want to say hello to you all, I have had this for 4 years I still consider myself as one of the new ones compared to the rest here and as always there are great information and knowledge from other members who share so much of their time to give us information-THANKS-
I hope you all have a great CHRISTMAS and a HAPPY NE
W YEAR

Welcome back Flippin! I think your New Years resolution to log on here more often is a good one. With as much pain as you have, you shouldn't feel alone in your struggles.
Merry Christmas

Hi Flippinout

Like you I have not been on for a while, and then it takes ages to catch up or at least attempt to. My very best wishes to you. Take it steady and see you on line whenever you can and I for that matter.

Hx

Default nice to hear from you

Hi Flippinout!!
it is nice to see you check in! I hope you have had a Christmas and New Year that are/were as painless as can be for you. I wish you all the best in the New Year and look forward to seeing you on the board more often!
Hope you don't over do it though!!! take care of you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

l totally get your fight! I am up here in Snowy Canada and have had to fight for the last 6 years to get what is rightfully mine and finally my union has closed my case for me as I have been granted my rightful monies and payment until pension due to not being able to work as well as another payout for my non economic loss....yeah like money can cover that one

I pray you get what is yours and that the law works in your favor and you get the outcomes you deserve. Just don't ever ever ever ever give up!!!! It sucks I know, sucks royally!!!! However to get the final .....oh yeah this is what happened and yeah you do deserve it is so vindicating....doesn't help the pain but sure as hell helps with the stress of the constant fight.

much love and many hugs,
Victoria

In Eastern Ky it helps to write our US Congressman (Hal Rogers) if you're trying for your SSD. Just give a brief overview of your condition and past work experience and why you can't do that. Their office will keep you informed, and I think helps your case progress.
