Default Finger tip pain

For almost a week my finger tips on my right hands have been hurting like . Even my elbows and knees are getting to where i cannot put them on hard surfaces.
Also notieced my hands like to get tremors more and more.
Guess it is time to try the doc's again.

Hey, i get the hand tremors too - pain cons says its the result of long term nerve irritation (tell me something i dont know!). The pinky finger on my affected side is the worst but the whole hand can join in when the mood takes it.....

Moose- that has been a problem for me off and on... but the last 2 weeks or so, my fingertips hurt like . My job involves alot of time at a desk and computer. I've been swamped lately, and haven't paid much attention to my posture, keyboard placement, etc etc.

Default nerve glides

best thing for fingertip pain is nerve glides.

feet shoulder apart, knees slightly bent.

the waiter - arms at sides, palms face forward. bend both the elbows and the wrist and bring hands up until you are in a position to be holding a waiters tray.

tennis elboe - arms straight ahead, make fists with palms down, rotate so palms are up, rotate so palms are down, bring arms down.

scalene - one arm hangs down. bring other arm up to the side, that hand is a fist pointing down, rotate it to point up, bend the wrist up, and tilt the neck away from the up arm. rotate wrist down, lower arm. switch arms.

do all these really slow. dental floss for the nerves.

Default massage

I find that when my arm clings as I call it....or just muscles and fascia sticking together not gliding well that my massage therapist does some great release on my arm, and hand. This may help with some of your pain....if you can tolerate it being touched tht is!!!

love and hugs,
Victoira

Default tremors

I have horrible tremors in my hands and fingers. I was afraid I had Parkinsons. I can't do any therapy as it makes the pain so much worse. I have tried many different types and many different therapists. I always end up leaving crying in pain. I always hope but it never works. I have been told not to do anything. It stinks. I don't normally "work out" but I feel I need to do something. These tremors are tough. I know there used to be a thread with everyones symptoms, if it is still on the board maybe we can update. I am never sure what is a symptom of TOS, RSD, or any other problem. I don't always tell my neuro everything because I don't think it is related. I think I'll post a thread. Linda

Another thing to add to the fingers is i can feel what is like my blood pulsing threw the finger tips/fingers.
Sometimes it can hurt like a bugger.
Also feels like electricity flowing threw them too.

Default does anybody get this

lately i have been getting a finger swell up at the tip and get infected. it's not always the same finger. one finger will heal, then they will all be fine, and then a new finger will get it.

any thots? anyone else? this is really cramping my style with playing the guitar.
