Smile Hi Tracy

I want to concur with what every one else has said. Not to alarm you, but please don't dismiss your symptoms!! Tam had a impaction that she was hospitalized several days for.

I know that when I have been inactive for several days I become constipated and have experienced symptoms similar to what you are describing. I have used a similar product as to what Liz was describing. I also use the ducolax and senna tea or tablets regularly. I also drink lots and lots of water and try to eat a high fiber diet.

I hope you are feeling better soon!!

G ~

Also don't switch to a very high fiber diet all of a sudden - I believe you need to ramp up on that so more problems aren't caused by an abrupt change.
