Default TOS surgery caused neck scoliosis

Is anyone else showing signs of this. I'm almost 3 years post DR. Avery's TOS surgery that was so BAD. I woke up with my NECK sewn down to tight. That never changed. He took too much tissue out of the R side of my neck and Stictched me back together too tight. It is like being a dog with a leash too tight thethered too tight to a tree on the right side-- all the time.
Imagine if a dog had to live an entire life like that--walk, sit, eat, etc while thethered too tight by the neck to a tree on the right--I mean neck against the tree. Picture it. That is how I have felt since the very painful, damaging surgery. Now both my arms barely work. hands sweat if I use them, like now trying to type. Legs have lost strength--when I can get to my warm rehab pool I can NO LONGER kick or use my arms to swim or even stablize myself--my legs don't work anymore. ( I could drown in 3 feet of water) I'm getting so much worse so fast now. A CT was finally done of my neck this summer which shows a 13% BEND in my cervical spine now. A scoliosis of cervical spine which I feel certain is more now. I asked a neurosurgeon is this due to the muscles being cut on one side and he said YES!. God Please help me--I can no longer be a passenger in a car as my neck is too unstable-NO stabilizing collar works---I can't get to any medical center unless by ambulance. Local doctors act like criminals--failing to even try to do something to help me--ie refer me, do tests, etc. I really now believe the corruption and criminal aspect of covering up problems in medicine is HUGE. They blame the patient whenever they can--and don't take responsibility for allowing surgeon to get away with MURDER, and Mutilation. Sorry, but I'm getting very worried. I am not equipped to live this disabled. I don't have equipment I need, nor a team of specialists to help, nor the hope I need to stay positive tho I will try--as NO doctor says there is any--and NONE offer me anything. I think TOS-type symptoms (whether it is true TOS or not) leaves us open to unfavorable treatment options and unsavory surgeons. Sorry but that is my EXPERIENCE and feelings. If your surgery fails, YOU are NOT to blame!!! And I do NOT see how a re-do surgery will just not cause MORE scarring unless areas are filled in with a fat pads--which are hard to do successfully or functionally in the neck--your body will SCAR. We need to DEMAND that the hospitals allowing these surgeries are prepared for our outcomes!! We need to organize as patients.
