I am on Nexium 2 x day. The head of the bed is elevated 4". The offenders for gerd/reflux is red sauces and this includes ketchup, chocolate, pepper, mint, donuts/pastries and some meds, i.e. cortisone, certain antibiotics and heart medications. I also have a moderate size hiatal hernia that does not help.
