hi, thanks for your replies. The pain i am left now is still quite a bit but not enough for me to stop doing what i do. My left shoulder blade has a strange pain in it, feels like you need to click a bone to release the fluid, but never really goes. The back of my arm especially by the elbo is still red and feels like needles are sticking into it some times, it also feels a bit strange to touch. This must be nerve damage.

I constantly have to stretch my left hand because it swells up slightly and goes stiff meaning my bones crunch with all the fluid in them. Also my arm pit hurts and swells up slightly. None of this is major swelling but its enough for it to bother me. The left arm is still bigger than the right arm.

i think i am just really impatient, but i just hoped after 5 months my arm would be better than it is. To me its kind of the same as before i had the op but now i have nerve damage.

Do physio tell you to do any special stetches? I have never had this as i was told i would not need it. I am thinking of going back to my doctor to see if anything else can be done to help it. My surgeon did say tho my artery and vein showed signs of permenant clotting and it was done as a preventative rather than a cure.
