Default Help - blood test results, can anyone read?

I am going to have to wait weeks to find out what these mean, they were blood test results under "immunology."

anti-nuclear AB 1+homog High

XCLA-IGM 27.6 High

C3 179.0 high

CRP, one was high at 3, other high at 1.8

RFQIGM 9.0 high

Other ones I noted:

Estradiol Menopause High

I have 0 iron, anemic? and no Vit D (how can that be when I live on milk?)

AST 47 high
ALT 77 high

GGTP 144 high

and of course my diabetes is out of control, because I am inactive, so do not take Lyrica if you tend to gain weight as this was the med (with CYmbalta) that gave me diabetes II, within three months of starting it.

I have searched the NET trying to figure out these codes but they only seem to focus on heart related stuff, not the immunological blood tests.

Right now I am having severely symptomatic days, then a day of relief, (not bad pain or symptoms at all), and then BANG they come back like a demon and I literally cry in bed begging God to stop the pain. This is a new cycle, as I used to go weeks in bed, then have few better days or week, then weeks of bad, etc. The cycle is shortening now, faster cycling.

I am on Fentanyl as my baseline, with Vicodeine for break through and Ambien. Believe it or not, this new med regime made lots of my blood test results IMPROVE. These are BETTER ones than three years ago.

Can anyone decipher them for me??? Thank you so much!

P.S. Just because I posted these few codes does not mean or imply that I am waiving my rights to medical privacy and are for discussion purposes only. (Anyone in a w/c or lawsuit always retain your medical right to privacy unless your attorney says otherwise in specific settings.) God bless you all.
