Default hormones linked to gall bladder

just an fyi, i had tons of gall bladder problems after my hysterectomy, because they gave me hormones to treat the osteopenia. stopped the hormones, and it stopped the gall bladder problems.

if the gall bladder is not working right, it can dump not enough acid to digest the food. i found that if i squeezed fresh limes or lemons and drank the stuff straight, it would cure the gall bladder pain. i think it's because the stomach thinks it got some digestive juices from the gall bladder, so the gall bladder quits trying to squeeze the stuff out. it's the gall bladder squeezing and not getting any stuff out that was painful for me. it was either squeezing on some stones that did not show up on sonogram or it was "gall bladder disease". the doc was vague on what that is, but the symptom is the dang thing can't squeeze the stuff out. doc also says some stones don't show up on sonogram. to complicate it, doc said i had a polyp and that it would eventually get bigger and totally block the opening. instead of that it got smaller and they could not find it anymore.

bottom line is the hormones were very harmful for me. stopping them was my cureall. given that, where do i get my hormones from now? well doc said that the fat tissues can produce hormones when the ovaries are gone. well, i have plenty of those. i also do yoga, swimming, and weight resistance which is all supposed to help with the bones and the osteopenia. also, the positions you get into in yoga allow blood to flow to areas where it might otherwise not get through. blood getting to tissues that need it is very healthy. and i would encourage it.
