Default Canceled surgery from Dr. Sanders due to retirement

I had a scheduled surgery in late April with Dr. Sanders in Colorado to do a re surgery from a bad surgeon for my TOS... but he canceled the surgery due to a partial retirement.

I found Dr. Sanders on this forum based on many recommendations from you guys as well as his track record (He literally wrote the book on TOS). With him canceling my surgery last week for the end of the month I feel like I'm back at square one for finding a doctor. He's made 2 recommendations, but I'm just uneasy about the whole thing as I really want someone very familiar with TOS, has great track record, and comes highly recommended.

Can anyone make any recommendations and/or experiences with other doctors that have similar TOS surgery experience as Dr. Sanders (or at least really close)?

Thanks for your responses ahead of time... oh and traveling is not a problem for me.
