I've not personally had the "crystal" experience. My therapist has talked about treating patients just like you said.

I am new here and in a wrist splint forgive my typing. I drop things all the time and it can b embarrassing. tonight i tried to oick up a coffe cup and wrist cracked and pain......bad so i am in a splint. I think this could be double crush from tos???? does anyone know?

Well, yeah, I had a lot of that, but I have a bad neck in addition to TOS. So with me it's a combo of both.

Hope you find a path to improvement soon.

when i had a couple of sprained wrists after a car wreck i just had to find light cups to drink from, and straws work great too. when it hurts so bad u just have to pamper it (or them). i also get stuff from the thrift store that can be dropped and will not break. course i am a thrift store addict and that also has it's drawbacks. :o
