Hello All:
I was just wondering if anyone else in here has TOS and peripheal neuropathy. I find that now I not only have problems in the TOS region, but have difficulty with my feet, legs, and knees while being seated for too long, which is almost making it impossible for me to work. |

IF you have gone to a rheumatologist and you have checked your blood for high sugar, then that sort of leaves TOS, in my opinion.
It is my belief that the TOS nerves as they are compressed and misfiring then cause the brain to start searching out new pathways that can interfere with lower body extremities. But no doctors will agree with this. I'm not big on the docs right now, as I've heard way to many false "talk" by them about TOS. I trust my own body. |

Have you had your spine checked to make sure no problems coming from there, MRI/Xrays?

Yes, I have had MRIs and X-Rays, all were normal. I had scalene block which I had immediate results, but bad reaction when it wore off.
My TOS is the result of a repetitve strain injury. I'm not sure where the neuropathy came from, but having both makes it almost impossible to work full time at a computer. |

![]() Too bad. I hope you find some relief for both. I know how bad TOS can be, but not neuropathy. Check out the LED and infrared technology for neuropathy. I've been posting my input on it here lately. You may also want to check out the "Neuropathy Centers of America." Do you have diabetes? I didn't understand what was causing your neuropathy. I know it must hard right now, but hang in there. I pray you find relief. ![]()

Broken Wing:
Thank you so much for your post. I will check out the links you listed. I don't know where my neuropathy came from. I don't have diabetes, didn't abuse alcohol, and didn't have treatments from another illness. I've read somewhere that some cases of neuropathy don't have a known cause. |
