strangely, I have been taking Benadryl occasionally for a year since the hospital stay per doc's orders for bedtime. He wants it every night, but I just use it when I'm really in a flare.

Does anyone else think it's related to Benadryl???
i absolutely think it is benedryl, i have friends who stopped it and got relief, so it is not just me. unless i have poison ivy i stay away from it entirely.
