Confused Symptoms question

Is severe elbow pain with inner arm pain symptoms? This would be reason for me to have surgery as everything else has been ruled out, pain is progressing and almost unbearable, and much worse at night. Any responses would be great. his is bilateral and same exact symptoms on both sides.

I had some mild elbow pain & hyper sensitivity for a month or 2 along with some weird forearm internal "buzzing" - PT thinks that sensation was due to extreme muscle tensions and imbalances between the inner & outer muscles of the forearm.

Massage & therapies directed at those places felt good and did help a little - but the big thing that really helped resolved my problems was when my misalignments & whole upper body was addressed.
By an expert chiropractor, and then some extra follow up with an advanced PT (He was a teacher of PT -and he also took extra classes as well in ergonomics, all RSIs and such).

Have they tested with expert EMG/NCV person for cubital tunnel to verify if it is one or the other? cubital tunnel vs TOS

which surgery are you meaning?
surgery @ elbow ?
vs rib resection?
vs scalencetomy ?
vs pec minor surgery ?

here is a members' thoughts on tests for TOS and the ruling out of other things.-

Sue

Hi Sue, I have been diagnosed with the muscular(scalene?)type of TOS, you can visable see bulges in my neck, shoulders thru out the scapular muscles and biceps. My massaage therapist is always in awe and cannot believe the tightness/bulges everytime, I also have severe pain in both arms, they throb constantly along with radiculopathy (nite time the worse, 3-4 hrs of sleep if lucky) in the shoulders, biceps, elbows, forearms and numbness in my hands. I still have issues with ostoephytes @ C4/5, C5/6 and C3/4 disc heniation after my 3 level ACDF surgery in 09. I am going to my Dr's this morning to get my bone scan results finally. Please do your research on the rib removal, ask doc lots of ?s, and rate of successful surgeries. My neuro offered to do a posterior foramintomy(?) And my husband and family doc advised me, well actually said no! Surgery may not always be the anwser, but if the symptoms and pain is relentless then you do what you feel is best for you. Bunz
