Default What should I do?

Just need some input here.

I am going to a naturopathic right now. Part of her treatment modalities is this radio frequency zapping parasites and the like, along with detoxing. She does other things too. new to me but willing to go along with the plan for 3 months and more if helping. Seems to be a little expensive.

so far the cleansing and zapping and ionic foot baths are helping me in many ways. I do want to get healthier.

Am also participating in a "Women's Walking for Better Health." (once a month) wasn't able to do that last year. So much improvement in back and leg too.

She also has a water purifying system that adds akaline to the water. We bring our own jugs and fill them for home use. Well, I'm peeing a lot better. didn't know I was peeing bad, but I drink too much Pepsi (acid).

My next step is, she does agressive, deep tissue massages. She also does balancing, which I need but goes along with the massage. My question is -- and I've mentioned TOS TOS TOS and she don't seem to have any reservations about being able to "fix" me.

I'm scared because I don't want to lose the ground I've gained. It took me 7years of hell to get here, (I am a believer in TOS) and these other two years have been pretty good but I know I can get whacked out real quick. I rebound much better so I don't mind giving up some and being in a bad shape for a short while.

She has been in business for 20 years and seems to be very knowledgeable with her craft.

So my question is: Should I let her have her way and trust that she can do this and just go for it?

I know others who are farther in their treatment with her. They have bruises from the massages. Mostly on or around the shoulders and deltoids. These friends don't have TOS. Just more normal aches and pain, work-related, age-related conditions. I don't mind the bruising, really after all I've been through I don't, but the wrong way may put me back down for a long time. And I remember how bad that was, going and complaining, nothing helping, paying, and me driving home with my arms killing me... and paying for it, over and over and over... and my treaters and the rest of the world going on about their happy, healthy lives.

I can do about anything I want, with few problems, and mend pretty good, but I remember how little help is out there... and less understanding to be found...

I do like her a lot. She is very concerned and has a lot of attention to give. We are also talking about her training me - she says she has the credentials to do that - so I can apply Kinesio tape to people and treat people with the LED and infrared lightz that I've found to help me tremendously.

What would you do if you were me?
