Today I am in a lot of pain. I have hit a real flare. I don't know what set it off. I wish I had an answer. The crappy part is that I am getting used to it.
That sucks.

Default today

continue to try to crack the fine art of washing dishes with one hand, which i never quite mastered when i broke my shoulder. right pinky is continuing in it's homemade splint.

one technique is to get them soaking, then when dad does them sort out the ones he failed to get clean and put them to soaking again. lol.

tied- I am with you on this too. I avoid heavy pot & pans, muffin tins, and any narrow cylindrical glasses. I use a dishwand after soaking because it keeps the wrist stationary and I have fine-motor probs. Scotchbrite is what I get cos its in all the grocery stores and Walgreens as well

In other news: Satur(day) I.... met all 16 of the BLUE ANGELS!!!!!!!! I'm over the moon They were even MORE handsome than I suspected!!!! The air show was even more special this year because I had shook the hand of every pilot as well as the operational team. AMAZING!!! And hot. With like 3 t's! HOTTT!!!

Today I thought I would stop by to say hello... Haven't been around in months and months, but I was taking a quick break from a do - it - yourself bathroom remodel, with a super sore/numb TOS arm from painting walls and sealing grout on tiles, which made me think of you guys! You folks are the only people to understand why only 30 minutes of painting, requires an hour of rest....

I hope you all are doing well and the TOS symtoms are manageable. And here is wishing that none of you have to paint any walls any time soon! Ouch!

Take care all of you!

This pain flare is unreal. I don't have any pain meds, and I also don't have any money. I don't get money until a week from Friday. I am going to be a bed bound babbling mess by then.

yummy boyz
i remember going to the admiral club *for officers only for dancing & libations a couple of times with my ex-sis n law at the Tustin AIR FORCE & Marine bases years back. A Canadian AF team had just flown in. The good ole times. Its manadatory to be HOT as with a paramedic or fireman. I grew up in California near the airforce base for the blue angels. They were always around.

Default Thursday

I got the most exciting & surprising phone call today from a one incredble far far away TOS patient I have admired & respected since joining. So shocked I/me was speechless! What a great & happy afternoon i had there on. I will go to bed with a big smile.

That giddy feeling I have been looking for, for so long came back today.

I haven't been around in a while.... I've been busy at work, which is great, except that that means more typing. Which means I don't type when I get home. Same old ups and downs pain wise, but when the botox wears off though it does so very quickly now. I thought my neck was hurting from shingles, doc did an x-ray, and it showed that the muscles on the left side of my neck were rotating my neck that way.

On the bright side of things, my daughter is 3 now I can't believe it!

Hope all are doing well!
