Default Internal Tourettes? Or some other disorder?

The inability to stop unwanted thoughts. Is this a form of internal tourettes?

Default

To have tourette syndrome, one must also manifest both motor and vocal tics

OCD is a frequent comorbid disorder with TS. Many with TS manifest a subtype of OCD where tics and OCD behaviors "morph". It is termed tourettic OCD

intrusive thoughts alone, without tics, are more likely to be "classic" OCD rather than anything related to TS
