Hi there acdcfan,
In your first post you talked about twitching. I'm wondering what you mean exactly by leg and arm "twitching"? Is it like a little flutter in the muscles or is it more an actual movement? There is something called a fasciculation and most people get them from time to time.

Are you taking medication already for your seizures?

Sorry that you're feeling so anxious right now. Hopefully the doctors will get this all sorted out soon and you'll be feeling better. Regarding the awful cough etc., perhaps you've had a nasty virus and will feel better when you recover.

Hypnagogic jerks are very common btw.

There should be no reason not to attend your church if you have "twitches" or tics, or tourette's syndrome. The most important thing is to figure out what is going on exactly.

Have the doctors checked your throat and lungs? You mentioned hot flashes and nausea and dizziness. Have you taken your temperature when you feel that way?

An MRI doesn't tell a doctor if a patient has a tic disorder btw.

Let us know how you're doing. Maybe talking with a psychologist about your OC stuff and anxiety might be helpful for you too.

Hope you're feeling better fast.
