For others it appears that there is contradictory information on inositol during
pregnancy. On the one hand some prenatals are adding 50mg to their formulas saying the inositol enhances the pregnancy.

But I found one site that said high doses of inositol may stimulate uterine contractions.(and perhaps lead to miscarriage).

So I think the final answer should come from an OB-GYN...since they have
lists of things to avoid and that are safe and those lists are based on their
specific knowledge and research lay persons may not have at their disposal.
