Confused Confused!!!

New have tourettes and computer illiterate, not a good combination, please can anyone help me, what do I do now????

Also on that page, there is a list of TSA chapters, so you can find your local chapter, for your state. You can get in contact with someone from that chapter and find out about local support groups you could go to etc.
