My question is about the magnesium that your son uses at night. can you say a bit more about it? I am thinking of someone I know ( a 17 y.o.) with TS and trouble sleeping. He is also diabetic.

Any side effects that you've noted? Is it expensive?

My best to you and your family. Your son must be getting ready to graduate soon?

All is very well here!

Take care,

Hi Tessa... nice to see you again. Yes TIME FLIES... wait until you get to be my age!

Diabetics lose magnesium in the urine. I know you like scientific papers so here are two:

and:
http://www.mgwater.com/diabetes.shtml

Hope this helps.

The most important thing is that make sure this person has
normal kidney functioning before any supplements.
If he gets loose stools, there are alternate supplements, on my magnesium thread here.
