soglad neurofeedback worked for your son but I do feel the need to mention that not all tic dosorders are "brainwave disorders" that can be "trained out of bad rhythms"

Tourette Syndrome is a tic disorder that appears to be primarily related to a malfunctioning of dopamine receptors.

From the anecdotal reports I have read, neurofeedback is something to approach with much caution in people who have TS, especially those who have co-morbid OCD
It appears it can sometimes have a triggering effect on this rather than being helpful
