I have written a few posts on here a few months ago.. I have been suffering from PCS since my concussion on March 25, 2009... I finally went back to work as a NICU nurse this past Saturday.. Ever since I have been dizzy and had fuzzy vision.. I assume it must be the florescent lights and noise.... I am going to ask my neurologist on Friday if I can have a medical note to only work part time so I can get a supplemental from the long term insurance company.. I am going to go into work tonight, so hopefully my symptoms won't get any worse than they are now..

One suggestion I would have also is that you might see if a pair of glasses
with a blue tint of glass would help. Even if you don't wear glasses you can have a pair with out a prescription made to use. About the noise, I am not sure how you can work through this. Is it possible to see if one ear is worse. Say try a ear plug in just one ear. See if that helps. If that would work, it might be enough hearing in the other ear to be able to work that way. Donna |
