Hello Kimmy..... new members here have to post for a short while before the chat room feature opens.

Feel free to post on the boards. The chat rooms don't have alot of "action", and once you are able to chat there, you should post on your home forum and arrange for others to meet you at a specified time. That way it will work best for you, otherwise you might be sitting in there alone much of the time.

Hi Kimmyann and welcome
as they mentioned on your new member intros thread, there is a slight delay before newbie posts appear as they are cleared by the mods to stop spam

most of our members post here via the forums, and so the chat rooms themselves are not used much
