Has anyone had experience with light therapy?
It was recommended to me to try it and start now before the seasons really start changing. Since I know that light sensitivity can sometimes be a problem with PCS, I was wondering if it is a good idea to try it out or not? |

There are many different kinds of light therapy. What kind was suggested for you?

In hindsight, I don't think it would have helped the PCS sleep issues we were trying to solve. I think she just needed more rest and time. |

Well, it was recommended to get a phillips golite therapy device for possible seasonal affective disorder and depression from the PCS. Nothing more specific was given to me.
I am also trying to find a psychologist or other similiar therapist to work with that some idea of PCS....a regular therapist did not understand. (Any ideas on how to go about finding one?) |
