Exclamation Morning diziness is back

After 9 months or so of morning diziness fading away, it seems to be back.

Anyone else experience this?

It really has me

I was hoping the human body could heal. At least I'm alive, though.

I have dizziness for 2.5 years. It is non-vertigo pre-syncope type of dizziness. Lately I found sound may be the major culprit for me. Dizziness is tough to live with. Not too many options medicine wise or therapy wise.

There are many types of dizziness and not sure what works for anyone. For me Xanax worked for a while and my brain got used to it and needed more dosage. But I quit because it can be very addictive and definitely not a long term solution.

I tried Dramamine, Stugeron (not available in U.S and I got it from U.K) -both didn't work. Every medicine is trial and error.
