Glad to hear that you are having some good days. They most likely are due to a good night's sleep. Try to figure out how you achieved those good night's sleep. Then, try to repeat them.
The doctors who are trying to help you get better are likely spinning their wheels. There are no meds that help with the symptoms of PCS. There are some that will dope you so you don't care but not help you heal. What you need is time and rest. The brain needs time, time, and more time. Avoiding the stressors that cause the bad days will also be helpful. It will also help if you can work on learning the many work-arounds we old timers use to be productive. Let us know about your biggest struggles. Somebody will likely have a work-around to get the task done. The most valuable specialist to see is a Neuro-psychologist for an assessment. You need to be very careful about the battery of tests done. There is some good information at www.tbilaw.com A good neuro-psych assessment can substantiate the need for you to not return to work. It can also help you understand your symptoms so you can learn to work with them better. Your attorney needs to read the above web site before helping you find a good neuro-psych for an assessment. My best to you.
