My voice sometimes bothers me...like its vibrating in my head. Anyone else experience this? What is it? Its very sensitive...does it mean I did too much?
I also can't stand an ipod...what's that all about?? |

Hi there - I have also developed extreme sensitivity to noise and vibrations 3 months post injury. I suspect this is part of the general overload that the brain experiences after trauma and normally lessens over time. In the meantime ear plugs and avoiding excessive noise/stressful environments seems to be reccommended.
I did also read that noise sensitivity can be exacerbated by anxiety/focussing on it too much, so just seeing it as a temporary symptom may help, and distracting your brain with something else! I am sure there are others on here who can give much better answers than me, but hope that helps a little....... |
