Headache (consistent) & just got worse a few days ago.
Sound sensitive.
Ringing.

I don't know if the computer makes things worse.

I have head aches quite often and tinnitus just as often. The tinnitus gets worse after consuming just about anything, even water. My tinnitus is between C6# and D on a piano. And yes, I am that annoying at trying to understand my symptoms. It annoys me too.

The head aches come in three varieties.

The simple dull head ache that only effects me if I am trying to go to sleep. Otherwise, I am just used to them. I have one now.

The 'mud head ache' which is the simple dull head ache but is accompanied by muddied thinking. It is hard to think in an active way. I usually just take a nap or watch something simple on TV to fill my time.

The third is the head ache that requires me to take some Tylenol or if worse, some Tylenol and aspirin together.

The mud head ache is usually brought on by a bad night's sleep, often with stressful dreams. These symptoms follow nights or early mornings when my wife notices breathing irregularities.

I am very good at avoiding most of the triggers that cause more problematic symptoms. I avoid auditory and visual over-stimulation like it is the plague. I know how long I can be on the computer and walk away at the first sign of spacing out.

I have not had a serious over-attending crash in over a year. I had a minor crash last June when I tried reading an automatic transmission rebuild manual. It took me a few days to recover from that. I knew I was pushing it too hard but was stubborn at trying to figure it out.

If I am put in a stressful situation, I can feel the crash coming on in short order. I know to remove myself from the stressor as quickly as possible. Or I will pay dearly.

Today has been an OK day but I have struggled all day with sequencing manual tasks. I type letters out of order. I get my 'mords wixed up.' I get my hands mixed up up too... Does that make sense to anybody? It is the easiest explanation I have.

Maybe this will help.. Say I have a wrench in my right hand but a screw driver in my left. I need a wrench for my left hand to work against the wrench in my right hand. But I put the wrench down that is in my right hand and pick up the other wrench.

When I was driving more frequently, I would get flustered and mix up the gas pedal, brake pedal, and clutch and need to look at my feet and sort of tell them what each pedal was. This only happened when I was stopped and someone startled me with a horn honk or such.

The cognitive and sequencing struggles are the most annoying. I spent 46 years on top of these skills. Now they routinely fail me. But getting frustrated only makes them worse. And, annoys everyone around me.

The tinnitus and head aches have been routine for 10 years. In previous head bumps, the head aches went away after about a year or so.

My best to you all.
