Default learned my lesson..can't go out for long periods

Ok...so I learned the hard way. I went to yoga class then the chiropractor...gone 2 hrs 45 mins. Obviously way too long. I was zonked about an hour after coming home.

I got in about noon...had a little lunch and since it was the first nice day I sat on my deck for over an hour before taking a shower. After the shower back to the deck where I wound up falling asleep for about 20 mins. After the nap I felt even worse...took an hour to come out of the zone of being so tired and then the headache started!

So, I guess if I want to do 2 things in the same day I have to break it up.

I was going to attempt going out for a drink (club soda for me)..with a friend locally...but that can't happen now!!

I'm so disgusted!!

Oh my gosh. I experienced the exact same thing last week. I went out for a very quiet lunch with a friend (only her and me in the restaurant) and then had a dinner date with another friend. That did me in for several days. I too am disgusted by this.

I'm glad you had some nice weather. Hopefully you will have more tomorrow - try sitting outside again and let nature soothe your senses.

I talked to my doctor today about getting sleep (I'm also having a terrible time) but she didn't perscribe anything for me. I was taking muscle relaxants that seemed to be helping me a whole lot and I feel a lot better after getting lots of sleep, but she said not to take them that often or for sleep.

Wishing you a good rest tonight and a relaxing and pleasant day tomorrow!
