nothings, At only three weeks post injury, you are still early in your recovery. Get plenty of low stress time and what we call quiet rest, and you should see improvements. The vitamin regimen in the sticky at the top can also be helpful. You sleep anxiety issues may be tied to sleep apnea. Lack of good oxygen can cause strange sleep situations and stressful dreams.
Let us know how we can help you. My best to you.
