Chat Got TMJ today? And sudden blast of loudness-

Some may be familiar w/the popping jaw from eating & talking. And pain.

I had TMJ over a decade ago due to being punched in the face in a mugging, but in my current weakened state, biting on a small chicken bone by accident, a bad yank to the side flossing & biting on raw brocoli over the past few days may have thrown me out of alignment.

Too many mistakes- maybe it will feel better in a few days?

Wonder how this will play off the PCS headache.

Also accidentally played music on the computer w/volume at 50 instead of 2 for a second (before I yanked them off).

I had the volume high for non-headphone use, and forgot to turn it down to minimum again. Anyone else do this & know the effects, especially when I have tinnitus?

Thanks-

I'm sorry to hear you're going through this. My sister had considerable pain for quite some time with TMJ.

Thanks.

Interesting development-

Dr. Nagel, author of Cure Tooth Decay responded to me in a forum:

The trigeminal nervous system is messed up, and if fixed, I may heal from these other injuries! Well, I'm fine w/waiting out the PCS headache.

Chiro, accupuncture, craniopathy- got to get started...
