Default Foods to support recovery from PCS

Does anyone have any suggestions re food + nutrition to support brain healing and recovery from PCS? I'm still figuring out the best regimen for me, but so far my diet includes:

- Fish oil supplements
- Multivitamin with above-average quantities of B12, B6 and folic acid
- Vitamin D3 (2000 IU/day)
- Fair bit of protein (mainly eggs, chicken, fish)
- Lots of fruit (oranges, grapefruit, apples, blueberries, raspberries, dried cranberries)
- Some vegetables (I should probably eat more), including broccoli, carrots, tomatoes
- Green tea (decaf or caffeinated) and rooibos tea w/ honey
- Cereal (oatmeal, cheerios, etc)
- Multigrain, flax or whole wheat bread
- Some daily products: 2% milk, yogourt, cheese, butter
- Rice + pasta, occasionally
- The occasional serving of nuts (could probably eat more)
- Olive oil (for cooking or salads)
- A tiny bit of dark chocolate - trying to avoid too much sugar/caffeine
- Lots of H2O

A random list of things I eat rarely that I could probably add into the mix: leafy greens, mixed nuts, ginger, garlic, grapes, pears...
