As soon as I'm around people, the top of my head starts tingling...I feel like the inside of my head is moving. If I go for a walk, same thing..and I start feeling more unsteady with any activity.
I can't just sit in a chair or on the deck anymore. I'm really going crazy. Everything stimulates me. I know I posted before, about should I not do things until I'm symptom free, but all my friends, husband etc all say I should start doing things in small doses..even if it makes me have to stop and take a break. I'm all for that....and the neurologist (one of them) said ..."do what you can handle". What's right? Even just checking the forum brings on that weird feeling in my head. I understand EVERYTHING...no cognitive issues no memory issues, I can physically do everything...I just get exhausted or a slamming headache. HELP! |
