So I have been trying to deal with PCS since Jan this year and now my husband daughter and I are moving cross country, the day after tomorrow. Its pretty last minute and nothing has been planned out very well. All I want to do is sleep! We are nowhere close to being ready and my body is protesting to everything I want or need to do.
Also my husband keeps saying hes tired too but he can't be weak, he must force himself. I WANT to force myself, and I try, but I still get tiny amounts done. And then I feel the fatigue, tothe point where I can sleep fom 9 pm to 3 pm the next day. Is it me, or maybe is my body tellin me slow down? Also been feeling more weakness in my muscles...? thanks for hearin me out! |

Your body is telling you to slow down. You may need to try pacing yourself. Work a few hours then take a short (30 minute) nap. If you push too hard, you excite the adrenal system and that can be counter-productive causing a major crash and requiring an all day nap.
Can you enlist some friends to help you get ready to move? My best to you.
