Do a "search" of this forum for vitamin and you will find many posts discussing nutrition. The basics are B's with focus on B-12 and B-6, folic acid, Omega 3's, all of the anti-oxidants, D3, and more. Some people have difficulty absorbing B-12 so need to determine if this is a problem. You can get your blood tested for B-12 and folate to determine deficiencies. Both should be at the top of the normal or recommended scale.
Avoid all MSG and minimize alcohol and/or caffeine to one serving per day.
