As soon as I'm around people, the top of my head starts tingling...I feel like the inside of my head is moving. If I go for a walk, same thing..and I start feeling more unsteady with any activity.

I can't just sit in a chair or on the deck anymore. I'm really going crazy.

Everything stimulates me. I know I posted before, about should I not do things until I'm symptom free, but all my friends, husband etc all say I should start doing things in small doses..even if it makes me have to stop and take a break.

I'm all for that....and the neurologist (one of them) said ..."do what you can handle".

What's right?

Even just checking the forum brings on that weird feeling in my head.

I understand EVERYTHING...no cognitive issues no memory issues, I can physically do everything...I just get exhausted or a slamming headache.

I would really try to work on trying to go out a little. Doing things as much as possible. It might be that using a physical therapist to help with the headaches would be of help. This is something I would try.

When I was feeling that way the only thing that worked was to take total cognitive rest at least three times a day for an hour each. I did that for about a week and got symptom free at rest for the first time. Then I could only tolerate about 10 minutes of anything else.

so what did you do during the rest of the day??

Yesterday I hosed a few lounge chairs...and did a 15 min drive to drop off my son and today I couldn't move from the couch from 9 am to noon!! I'm a mess. My head feels like its going to come off and the fatigue is unbelieveable.
