I can't set a goal because I feel so crappy I can't even leave the house.

I sat on my deck for the entire day while my daughter read (she's home from college). I did nothing else. I'm going stir crazy and I had a huge headache anyway.

I can't rest anymore than I am!!!

Its been almost 9 months of rest with a few short outings that have been a disaster

how do you deal with your whole family doing things and you staying home? I can't deal with it anymore.
