Default my whole body hurts from "resting"

I was in bed from 10pm to 8am..then on the couch from 9am to 11am -- then on the deck the ENTIRE rest of the day until 5pm...

my whole body hurts...I might have to go for a massage this weekend.

I can't rest like this!! Besides it isn't in my personality...I'm a do 3 things at once kind of person.. I just hate sitting still.

My daughter read all day to keep me company outside....my head hurt so much I couldn't even talk!

I'm sorry to hear about your pain. Praying for you & everyone else here in pain. Healing, no matter how slow. If it is the Lord's will.

Have you seen a physical or occupational therapist? They might be able to help you learn how to "rest" your body without creating more pain. They may suggest exercises or using hot or cold compresses on various parts of your body to help alleviate the pain.
