Blush Hit my head tonight- not the same spot...

Hey- me here. 10.5 months post-TBI.

Boards seem busy. Hope no one minds another topic here-

The unthinkable happened. I bumped the top of my head (towards the back) on a low tree branch (1 in. thick?)

Heard a bump sound- can't believe I didn't slow duck it or walk FAR around it- even go to the other side of the street.

My very long, thin neck feels a bit stiff- and it hurts up on the head a bit.

Nauseous while having dinner- from nerves or a physical reaction?

Any thoughts how serious?

Sucks that this happened the day of a work breakthrough.
I'm having a beer tonight. Wise? Not sure-

I've given this up to God, and know that the peace of God, which surpasses all undertsanding guards my heart & mind in Christ Jesus-

But this really caught me off-guard.

Thanks very much.

Jeffrey,
It's been months since you posted this- but how are you doing now? Did your symptoms get worse after the second hit?

Thanks for the reply. Yes, symptoms are worse. The pain increased, as expected. Brain & teeth nerves. I've been amazed that I've slept at night since Wed. Seems slow healing may be taking place now- today was better than yesterday.

Jeffrey-
Glad to hear it. Are your symptoms mainly physical then? Have you been able to go back to work successfully?
