Default Lunesta....first good night of sleep

I actually slept ..woke once or twice but just for a few mins. I didn't even hear my husband snoring. I feel so much better this morning.

Maybe I can see some improvements if I can actually sleep...been asking for a sleep aid for 9 months now!!
