I actually slept ..woke once or twice but just for a few mins. I didn't even hear my husband snoring. I feel so much better this morning.
Maybe I can see some improvements if I can actually sleep...been asking for a sleep aid for 9 months now!! |

Isn't it amazing how sleep can be so disrupted with post-concussive syndrome? Have y'all had a sleep study? This can be quite telling. Many people with PCS end up with sleep apnea. A sleep study can determine if you have it and what treatment options may be available to do.

I have mentioned the need for good sleep, especially REM sleep for neuronal repair/restoration. Central Sleep Apnea due to upper neck injuries/inflammation can be a big cause of poor sleep. Insomnia is also a big problem. So, we have problems at both ends of the sleep spectrum.
