Default Anyone have sensitivity with touching your head?

Has anyone else found that their head is extremely sensitive to the touch? I find that if anyone touches my hair or head, it hurts, like the nerve endings are super sensitive. I even have a hard time having my hair pulled back even if its a loose elastic. I had acupuncture today and she was touching my head trying to find certain points to place the needles and it was really tough having her touching my head and tonight i have another raging headache from all the touching.

Wink Me Too!

Yes, It took weeks before I let anyone really touch my head. A year and a half later I can count the people that have touched it.

I can imagine the headache you have

And the hair thing- I had that too. I had to wear my hair down for several months, even had to chop a lot of it off because of the pain. No elastics.

I never thought that I would be so excited to wear my hair up or wear a hat. Lol!

It has slowly gotten better, but I'm still really sensitive if anyone is near my head.

yes...definately sensitive. My neuro (headache specialist) asked me if my head is sensitive...says many migrane suffers complain of this. Mine is definately sensitive. But, I LOVE when my boys rub my head -- it feels so good.

hey Galaxy, ** I still have soreness and pain on head after all this time but I have had a bunch of head injuries. the pulsatile tinnitus is more annoying than the pain.
