Smile Happy thoughts

Thanks for your encouragement yesterday, everybody. I was able to make contact with some medical professionals who gave me non-narcotic pain relief and feel much better now.

Trying to think positive today.

I CAN color. I have been coloring mandalas (lots available free online if you do a google search) and really enjoying them. Coloring is also a good way to spend time with my son.

I CAN sit in the back yard and enjoy the sunshine and watch the little tomatoes that are starting to appear in the garden.

I CAN do some things now that I could not several weeks or months ago. I am improving, albeit much more slowly than I would like.

What are your happy thoughts or activities?
