Ever since I hit my head on the wall I've noticed a LOT of neck pain, along with my neck muscles feeling weak as hell(if I try to lift my head while laying down my whole head is shaking from trying to hold it up) and a weird vibration I get there once in a while.
I'm wondering if there's a possibility of symptoms being caused by some sort of neck trauma, and anybody who had their neck adjusted if they've had a noticeable impact on their symptoms. |

Yes, I had symptoms caused by a neck injury that looked a lot like PCS. Head injuries usually have some sort of corresponding neck injury.
Be very careful about getting anything adjusted though. I've heard people mention NUCCA as a good option. I actually experienced worse vertigo after getting a neck massage, so be careful! You should try to work with your doctor on this. |

By the way, do brain MRIs also cover the neck? |

I just want to let you know that I saw 3 established upper cervical chiropractors for my neck problems and none of them were able to get to the bottom of the problem... However, I've been seeing a myofascial release / Cranial Sacral therapist and she finally has uncovered the root of my neck pain and symptoms related. I believe it's because she actually uses the tips of each finger to approach and treat my neck. Chiropractors were all concerned with my spice, which showed no abnormalities in the x rays. When I first planned to see chiropractors I was very hopeful and excited but soon felt discouraged as they weren't able to get to the problem. But this is just specific to my neck injury. Just a thought. My neck is feeling much better and so am I. I've noticed that once you really start to heal (It's taken me 6 months) things really start to feel better faster...almost daily. |
