Smile Feeling hopeful!!!

I am close to 14 weeks post accident. I had fallen and hit my head multiple times and was unconscious for 12 hours back in late April. I attempted to go back to work after 3 weeks and failed miserably with worsening of symptoms including headache, speech difficulties, cognitive slowing, tremor, dizziness, and extreme fatigue. I am happy to report that i have now had 1 full week without headaches!!! I am back to full workouts and doing my daily activities with only 3-4 times a day dizzy spells and 3 times a day noticeable tremors. I go back to work as an ICU nurse on the night shift on Monday and i feel like i am in the best possible state to go back and do my job. I am realistic that i will have a setback and possible return of symptoms once i start working again, but feeling this good for a whole week is so encouraging. I feel like all the resting I have been doing, the good nutrition and supplements i have been taking and the combination of celexa and nortriptyline as me feeling like my old self again. just thought i would post a happy post for those who need to hear that improvements are possible!
