Default Paying the price?

Was curious if anyone here has good, almost "normal" days only to be followed by days where you you feel like you have been hit by Mack truck??!! Yesterday I had what felt like pre-pcs energy only to wake up and pay the price dearly today....ugh!

Do you think it is the brain getting overloaded and saying "slow down"? It is very frustrating.....trying to keep it in perspective....
