I agree 100%. A lot of my friends say you're looking good, but in reality I'm not. None of my friends have ever gone through this so they don't understand at all. It literally is a living hell every day. Everyone in my family asks how I'm doing inside not the outside. I might seem ok when I'm out and about at the mall but I can't stand to be in there for a period of time b/c how bad my anxiety and headaches get when I'm in there. On the outside I seem fine, until I put my head in my hands and just look at the ground.

I've snapped a couple of times b/c of this same reason and it has strained some relationships I have with some people....

I feel like crap in stores too . I just don't know what to do with myself all day when kids are at school. even going to lunch i feel like crap.
